Our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds
Policy Overview
At Sahar Hassoun, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, our refund policy has specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances: The product is defective or damaged upon arrival, The product does not match the approved design specifications, The order was cancelled before production began, Force majeure circumstances prevent order fulfillment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered, Orders cancelled after production has begun, Products damaged due to improper care or handling, Clearance or final sale items, Gift cards and store credits.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their order by contacting us via email at saharhassoun@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund, as production may have already begun.
Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances: Unforeseen material shortages, Technical production issues, Client's failure to provide required information, Suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failures or delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Wars or civil unrest, Pandemics or health crises, Government restrictions, Supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
