All our products are made-to-order and handcrafted with care. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin the production process. Shipping times vary based on your location and the complexity of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size:
Local Delivery (Lebanon)
Orders under 6 pieces: $5 USD delivery fee
Orders of 6+ pieces: Free delivery
International Delivery
1 piece: $15 USD
2 pieces: $20 USD
3 pieces: $25 USD
6+ pieces: Free worldwide shipping
Order Fulfillment Process
After payment confirmation, your order goes through these stages:
• Production: 5-10 business days depending on item complexity
• Quality Control: 1-2 business days for inspection and packaging
• Shipping: 3-7 business days for local, 7-21 business days for international
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are: Local (Lebanon): 3-7 business days after production, International: 7-21 business days after production depending on destination. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate lost packages or file claims for damaged items. For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
